• Ideal location: The house is located on a plot with stunning views of the coastal village of Veseloe. We carefully developed the project to maximize panoramic views and create a sense of privacy.

• Custom design: The house design was developed taking into account the wishes of our clients - a large, friendly family. We created spacious and functional spaces, perfect for relaxation and entertaining guests.

• Modern materials: In the facade finish, we used a combination of natural materials (planken) and modern composite materials (fiber cement and composite aluminum panels). This allowed us to create a stylish and durable exterior.

• Landscaped area: A beautiful garden with a pool, barbecue area, and gazebo is laid out around the house. Canary Island date palms create a natural shade and give the site an exotic look.

• Concept development: We carefully studied the existing building and created a renovation concept, taking into account the client's wishes and the specific features of the site.

• Facade design: Preliminary facade designs were developed, materials and color scheme were selected.

• Landscaping: We developed a detailed landscaping plan for the site, including zoning, plant selection, and the arrangement of recreation areas.
