When our client first contacted SOIA Design, it wasn’t just about square footage, color palettes, or floor plans.
He had a mission. A vision.

Nestled within the prestigious “Lazurnii Bereg 2” residential complex in Sochi, "A Apartment" reflects this romantic ambition. We took modern minimalist elegance and infused it with contemporary classic detailing — the kind that carries emotional weight.
Clean geometry and refined materials were our language, but the story was about creating calm, warmth, and quiet grandeur. Each element was placed with intention — not just for style, but to support the emotional narrative of a home ready for love, family, and legacy.

Spatial Layout & Flow

The heart of the apartment is an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed for connection. Spaces flow seamlessly into one another, making hosting friends or sharing morning coffee equally effortless.
Ceiling moldings and decorative stucco subtly separate the zones without breaking the sense of unity — a design choice that mirrors the idea of individuality within togetherness.

Material Palette & Finishes

SOIA Design’s material selection combined tactile richness with visual serenity:
