SOIA Design conceived Chalet restaurant design in Uzbekistan as an alpine retreat transported to the heart of the city — warm timber textures, layered materials, and intimate lighting work together to evoke the unhurried atmosphere of a mountain lodge.

The interior is designed to complement the restaurant's culinary philosophy: familiar, generous cooking elevated by refined technique. Every detail, from the first-floor terrace overlooking the river to the private second-floor banquet hall, is crafted to make guests feel they've arrived somewhere far from the everyday.
